May 2025 - GSF Survey of Members and Employers

The GSF Authority is committed to continual improvement of the services that we provide alongside the scheme administrator, Datacom, to members and employers.

We are currently undertaking a survey of members and employers seeking feedback for this purpose.

We have engaged AK Research to carry out the survey for us, commencing mid-May 2025. AK Research will contact a sample of members and employers by email.

In the survey, we will ask you to rate your experience working with the GSF Authority and Datacom. Typically, the survey takes about ten minutes to complete.

We appreciate you spending the time to give your feedback and we will certainly make good use of what you tell us as we seek to further improve our services in the future.
