Persons affected by decisions made by, or under the authority of, the Authority may appeal the decision to the GSF Appeals Board

Please note the written notice of appeal is required to be delivered to the Authority within 28 days of you receiving written notice of the Authority’s decision. The Authority’s contact details are provided above.

The notice may include any submissions relevant to the decision appealed against that you may wish to make.

The GSF Appeals Board is an independent board, separate from the Authority.

The members of the GSF Appeals Board are appointed by the Minister of Finance.
