Important Information - GSF Survey of Members and Employers
The GSF Authority is committed to the continual improvement of the services provided to members and employers.
We are currently undertaking a survey of members and employers seeking feedback for this purpose.
We have engaged UMR Research, an independent research company, to carry out the survey for us, commencing May 2019. UMR Research will contact randomly selected members and employers either by email or by phone. Your individual answers are collated by UMR Research and remain completely confidential.
In the survey we will ask you to rate your experience working with the GSF Authority and Datacom, the GSF Scheme Administrator. Typically the survey takes about ten minutes to complete.
The GSF Authority very much appreciates you spending the time to give your feedback and we will certainly make good use of what you tell us as we seek to improve and develop our services in the future.
