The GSF Authority is committed to continual improvement of the services provided to members and employers.

We are currently undertaking a survey of members and employers seeking feedback for this purpose.

We have engaged UMR Research to carry out the survey for us, commencing in June 2021. UMR Research will contact members and employers by telephone or by email.

In the survey, we will ask you to rate your experience working with the GSF Authority and our scheme administrator, Datacom Connect. Typically, the survey takes about ten minutes to complete.

We very much appreciate you spending the time to give your feedback and we will certainly make good use of what you tell us as we seek to improve and develop our services in the future.
